Resignation of Chow Hong Ong
On September 28, 2018, Mr. Chow Hong Ong notified Rebel Group, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation as a member of the board of directors (the “Board”) of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Ong’s decision to resign did not result from any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Board is currently being restructured and Mr. Chow Hong Ong will not be replaced until further notice.
