Effective August 16, 2018, Tredegar Corporation (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Prior Report”) reporting the election of Anne G. Waleski to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”). At the time of the Prior Report, the Board had not determined Ms. Waleski’s committee assignment.
On September 12, 2018, the Board appointed Ms. Waleski to serve on the Audit Committee of the Board, effective October 1, 2018.
