Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.
On July 18, 2018, Camber Energy, Inc. (the “Company”, “we” and “us”) announced that, by letter dated July 17, 2018, the NYSE Regulation (the “NYSE”) granted the Company an extension for compliance with its listing requirements through December 15, 2018, subject to compliance with initiatives outlined in the Company’s compliance plan.
The announcement was made via a press release on July 18, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated in this Item 3.01 by reference.
