Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective May 1, 2018, Peter Venuto was assigned the position of Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Mr. Venuto relinquished his previous title of Senior Vice President of Sales. There are no contracts or arrangements in connection with this appointment. Mr. Venuto will continue to receive the same benefits and awards for which he is currently eligible.
