On April 30, 2018, KalVista Pharmaceuticals Limited (“KalVista Limited”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of KalVista Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into an Underlease (the “Lease”) with Wiltshire Council (the “Landlord”), pursuant to which KalVista Limited will lease approximately 8,873 square feet of space located on the ground floor of the Grow on Space at the Incubator Building, Porton Down Science Park, Manor Park Road, Porton, Salisbury, Wiltshire.
The Lease provides for a term of ten years (the “Term”), commencing on the date of the Lease.
Pursuant to the Lease, annual base rent will be £75,332.86 and is subject to review every five years as well as other adjustments under certain circumstances.
The foregoing description of the Lease is a summary, is not complete, and is qualified in its entirety by the terms and conditions of the actual lease. A copy of the lease is filed with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 10.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
