ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.

 

On May 1, 2018, FC Global Realty Incorporated (NASDAQCM and TASE “FCRE”, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its subsidiary, RETPROP I, LLC, had completed the acquisition of a 7,738 square foot medical office building in Dayton, Ohio on April 26, 2018. The building’s former owner, and current tenant, a medical practice, has entered into a lease with the Company to continue its occupancy through April 2022, with the option to renew that lease for two additional five-year terms.
