Item 7.01Regulation FD Disclosure.



Lake Shore Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) repurchased 20,000 shares of its common stock during the three months ended March 31, 2018.  During the period April 1, 2018 thru April 25, 2018, the Company repurchased 10,000 shares of its common stock.
