Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

(b) On April 17, 2018, Carla Hargrove McGill resigned from the Boards of Directors of Old Line Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) and Old Line Bank (the “Bank”), effective upon the adjournment of the Company’s annual meeting of stockholders that will be held on Wednesday, May 23, 2018. Ms. McGill’s decision to resign was not in connection with any disagreement with the Company, the Bank or its management.
