Takung Art Co., Ltd (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the inclusion of its shares for trading on the Quotation Board of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Deutsche Börse AG).
With its inclusion, the Company’s shares are now cross-listed on the NYSE American and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, one of the largest stock exchanges in the world. The Company anticipates the Frankfurt inclusion will help increase trading liquidity and facilitate investment in the Company by institutional and retail investors across Europe.
