The purpose of this letter is to inform you that in connection with the initial public offering of CURO Group Holdings Corp. (the “Company”), the board of directors (the “Board”) has approved the acceleration and payment in full of [[$[___],$[___],$[___] and $[___]], the remaining amounts payable to you under the special bonus notices from the Company delivered to you on each of [May 15, 2017, August 10, 2017, October 16, 2017 and November 2, 2017, respectively].
