On March 9, 2018, Eco-Stim Energy Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing its results of operations and financial condition for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2017. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.

On March 9, 2018, the Company intends to hold a conference call to discuss its results of operations and financial condition for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2017. Information about the call can be found in the Press Release furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01. In connection with the conference call and prior to the commencement of the conference call, the Company plans to post an investor presentation to the “Investor Relations” section of its website (www.ecostim-es.com), where the Company routinely posts announcements, updates, events, investor information and presentations and recent news releases. The content of the Company’s website is not incorporated by reference into this Current Report on Form 8-K.
