Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 20, 2017, Beneficial Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), the holding company for Beneficial Bank, issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2017. For more information, reference is made to the Company’s press release dated October 20, 2017, a copy of which is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is furnished herewith.
Item 8.01 Other Events.
On October 19, 2017, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a cash dividend of $0.06 per share, payable on or after November 9, 2017, to common stockholders of record at the close of business on October 30, 2017.
