Item 7.01Regulation FD Disclosure. 

 

On September 28, 2017, DigitalGlobe issued a press release announcing that the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) has informed MDA and DigitalGlobe that its review of the Company’s proposed acquisition of DigitalGlobe is complete, and there are no unresolved national security issues with respect to the transaction. The full text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
