Resignation of Director

 

On September 6, 2017, Mr. Dong Yao tendered his resignation as Director of Consumer Capital Group Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Yao’s resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies (including accounting or financial policies) or practices. Mr. Yao remains as Chief Technology Officer of the Company.
