Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On August 16, 2017, Xperi Corporation (the “Company”) updated its capital allocation plans for 2017 to include its standard dividend and both debt pay-down and the repurchase of its common stock under the its previously authorized stock repurchase program. As of June 30, 2017, the remaining amount available for stock repurchase was $158.2 million.
