On June 9, 2017, AquaVenture Holdings Limited (the “Company”) held its 2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.  As of the record date of April 18, 2017, 26,405,977 shares of the Company’s ordinary shares were outstanding and entitled to vote. Of this amount, 21,584,708 shares, representing 81.74% of the total number of shares outstanding and entitled to vote, were represented in person or by proxy constituting a quorum. Set forth below are the voting results from the proposals presented for a shareholder vote at such meeting.
