Item 5.02     Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers



On June 12, 2017, Tutor Perini Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Leonard J. Rejcek has joined the Company as an Executive Vice President and the President and Chief Executive Officer of its Building Group, effective June 6, 2017. Mr. Rejcek has over 33 years of experience in the construction industry, most recently serving as President and Chief Operating Officer of Manhattan Construction Company. Craig W. Shaw, Mr. Rejcek’s predecessor, has assumed a new role with the Company as an Executive Vice President focusing on preconstruction services and large project pursuits, also effective June 6, 2017.
