On June 8, 2017, Superior Industries International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the pricing of €250,000,000 of the Company’s 6.000% senior unsecured notes due 2025, which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
