Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On June 5, 2017, Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Jim Brett, President of the West Elm brand, is resigning from the Company effective immediately. The Company also announced that Alex Bellos, the head of the company’s Rejuvenation and Mark and Graham brands, is succeeding Mr. Brett as President of the West Elm brand.
