Item 3.01Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.

 

On May 17, 2017, the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) announced that it would delist the common shares of United Development Funding IV (the “Trust”). Trading in the Trust’s common shares on Nasdaq has been halted since February 2016 and was suspended on October 19, 2016. Nasdaq intends to file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting. The delisting will become effective ten days after the Form 25 is filed.
