On April 28, 2017, CyrusOne Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). A total of 87,847,109 shares of common stock were entitled to vote as of the record date for the Annual Meeting, and there were 82,454,808 shares present in person or by proxy at the Annual Meeting.
