On April 27, 2017, Essex Property Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s earnings for the three months ended March 31, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein in its entirety.
