Commencing on or about April 21, 2017, the Company began publishing and distributing to shareholders the Company’s 2016 annual report to shareholders.  Relevant excepts from the 2016 annual report to shareholders (the President and Chief Executive Officer’s Message and accompanying reconciliations and adjustments) are attached as an Exhibit to this Current Report and incorporated herein by reference.
