Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 12, 2017, Eco-Stim Energy Solutions, Inc. Company announced it will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Thursday, June 15, 2017, at approximately 9:00 AM Central Standard Time at the offices of Vinson & Elkins L.L.P. at 1001 Fannin St., Suite 2500, Houston, Texas, 77002.
