On March 13, 2017, June B. Parent, Executive Vice President of Retail Banking, notified Camden National Corporation (the “Company”) of her resignation to pursue an entrepreneurial opportunity outside the banking industry. It is anticipated that Ms. Parent will remain an employee of the Company through May of 2017 and she will assist in the transition until her departure.
