(b) On February 28, 2017, Sandra A. Arkell, Vice President, Controller of Dover Corporation (the “Company”), informed the Company that she is resigning effective March 24, 2017, to pursue other opportunities. Ms. Arkell served as the Company’s Principal Accounting Officer. Effective upon Ms. Arkell’s resignation, Brad M. Cerepak, the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will serve as the interim Principal Accounting Officer while the Company completes its search for Ms. Arkell’s replacement.
