Item 5.02Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Exhibit 10.1 sets forth a form of deferred restricted stock unit award agreement (the “Agreement”) under the County Bancorp, Inc. 2016 Long Term Incentive Plan. The Agreement provides for the grant of restricted stock unit awards with a deferred settlement feature. The Agreement may be used in the future.
The foregoing description of the Agreement does not purport to be complete and is qualified by reference to the full text of the Agreement, which is attached as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
