Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 15, 2017, Lapolla Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the 2016 calendar year. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference. In accordance with General Instruction B. 2. of Form 8-K, the information in this Current Report on Form 8-K (including Exhibit 99.1) is being furnished pursuant to Item 2.02 and shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), or otherwise be subject to the liabilities of that section, and such information shall not be deemed incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Exchange Act, whether made before or after the date hereof and regardless of any general incorporation language in such filing.

On February 15, 2017, the Board of Directors (the "Board") appointed Harvey L. Schnitzer, the Company's chief operating officer since April 5, 2012, as a member of the Board.
