Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 9, 2017, Hardinge Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s fourth quarter and full year 2016 financial results. Copies of the press release and the supplemental slides posted to the Company’s website are respectively included as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. On February 7, 2017, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a cash dividend of $0.02 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on March 10, 2017 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 1, 2017.
