Unregistered Sales of Equity Securities

On July 31, 2017, Aurum Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company") agreed to issue 30,000,000 shares of common stock par value $0.001 to AXIS Consultants Pty Ltd in satisfaction of a loan of A$6,935,222.08 from AXIS Consultants Pty Ltd to the Company.
