Horizon Global Corporation (the “Corporation”) today issued a press release that, among other things, announced certain preliminary unaudited 2016 financial results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as an exhibit and is incorporated herein by reference. The press release is also available on the Corporation’s website at www.horizonglobal.com.
