On December 5, 2016, Jeffrey Scott, the Managing Director of GAIN Capital Holdings, Inc.'s international money transfer business, GAIN Capital Payments, informed the company that he is resigning to pursue an opportunity at another firm. Mr. Scott's last day with the company will be December 9, 2016.
