Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 22, 2016, Amedica Corporation issued a press release announcing the appointment of Dana Lyons as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and separately, that the company has been notified by the FDA regarding the company’s Valeo C+CsC and Taurus pedicle screw 510(k) premarket applications. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
