Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On November 14, 2016, Goodman Networks Incorporated (the “ Company ”) issued its earnings release covering operating results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2016. The earnings release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
