Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
The Company will participate in the Baird's 2016 Global Industrial Conference in Chicago, IL on Thursday, November 10, 2016. The presentation will begin at 12:30 pm CT, and the presentation will include discussion of the slides that are attached as Exhibit 99.1. A live webcast of the presentation will be available on the investor relations page of the Company’s corporate website at www.hermanmiller.com.
