Other Events.

On November 9, 2016, GAMCO Investors, Inc.'s Board of Directors approved amending the record and payment dates of its recently announced dividend. The quarterly dividend of $0.02 per share, which is payable to all of its Class A and Class B shareholders, will now be payable on January 25, 2017 to its Class A and Class B shareholders of record on January 11, 2017.
