(b) Resignation of Director and Named Executive Officer.
On and effective as of October 31, 2016, Jonathan Thatcher resigned as a Director and Vice President of the Company and as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company’s subsidiary, AbTech Industries, Inc. Mr. Thatcher resigned from these positions for personal reasons and his resignation is not a result of any disagreement with the Company or the Company’s management. The Company intends to engage Mr. Thatcher as an advisor to the Company.
