Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 13, 2016 the Company’s Board of Directors elected Mr. Richard Kevin Longino, Chief Executive Officer of the National Kidney Foundation, as a director. The Company’s expectation is that the Board of Directors will appoint Mr. Longino to serve on the Board’s Audit Committee and the Board’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
