Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On September 30, 2016, Abdus Salam Qureishi notified Sysorex Global (the “Company”) and the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board” ) of his resignation as a director on the Board, including from his position as Chairman of the Board and any other positions held with the Company or any of its subsidiaries, effective as of the close of business on September 30, 2016. Mr. Qureishi’s resignation was not due to any disagreement relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company.
