Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 19, 2016, Omar Jimenez, the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Monaker Group, Inc. (the “Company”), was appointed by the Board of Directors of the Company to the additional positions of Treasurer and Secretary of the Company. Mr. Jimenez’s biographical information can be found in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended February 29, 2016, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 23, 2016 (the “Annual Report”), under “Part III” – “Item 10. Directors, Executive Officers and Corporate Governance” and a description of Mr. Jimenez’s employment agreement with the Company can be found under “Part III” – “Item 11. Executive Compensation” of the Annual Report.
