Item 8.01     Other Events.

Global Future City Holding Inc. (the “Company”) is aware that Ning Liu, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chairman of the Board of Directors, is being detained in the People’s Republic of China.

The Company is currently investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding Mr. Liu to determine his status and detainment.
