Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
At 9:15 a.m., Eastern Time, on July 22, 2016, First Financial Northwest, Inc. (the "Company") issued its earnings release for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Subsequently after issuing its earnings release, the Company discovered that several numbers had been misstated in the loan table on page 10. Thus, the Company issued a complete, corrected earnings release on July 22, 2016, a copy of which is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
