On June 1, 2016, Harris & Harris Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release that included a Quarterly Letter to Shareholders. This Quarterly Letter to Shareholders is also available on the Company’s website at www.HHVC.com. The press release also reminded readers of the Company's upcoming Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which the Board of Directors set for June 7, 2016, beginning at 12:00 p.m. ET. A copy of this press release issued on June 1, 2016, is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
