Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 13, 2016, Eco-Stim Energy Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) held a conference call in order to communicate an update on the Company’s operations. A transcript of the conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
