Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On April 18, 2016, Quest Solution, Inc. (the “Company”) held a telephonic conference call to provide an update to the Company’s stockholders to discuss the Company’s results of operations, general corporate updates and to conduct a question and answer period. With this Current Report, the Company is attaching a transcript of the conference call as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated herein by reference.
