On April 21, 2016, Farmers National Banc Corp. (the “Company”) first utilized a shareholder presentation at its 2016 Annual Meeting of Shareholders reflecting the Company’s financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2015. The Company is making the presentation available to shareholders by furnishing the presentation as Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein. The presentation also includes a summary of areas of strategic focus. A copy of the investor presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
