On April 18, 2016, National Bankshares, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Bryson J. Hunter, Senior Vice President, Secretary & Counsel of the Company, would be leaving the Company effective June 1, 2016 to return to private law practice. Other Company employees will assume his duties and responsibilities.
