Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
Effective as of March 21, 2016, Priority Fulfillment Services, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of PFSweb, Inc. (the “Company”), entered into an Industrial Lease Agreement (“Lease”) with Stateline J LLC for premises located at 1620 Stateline Road, Southaven, Mississippi 38671.
The Lease covers approximately 150,000 square feet, increasing to approximately 275,000 square feet. The initial term of the Lease is ten years, with both early termination as well as renewal options. Average base rent under the Lease during the initial term is approximately $950,000.
