Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 12, 2016, Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. (“OSG”) issued a press release announcing that it has reached a final settlement with Proskauer Rose LLP and certain of its partners in connection with the previously disclosed lawsuit brought against that firm by OSG. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
