On January 28, 2016, Yadkin Financial Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1, and a copy of the related investor presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.2.
